Shrink Sleeve materials are available to suit almost any shape of container and to cope with different shrink techniques used to apply the label. The Avery Dennison Rapid-Roll® Shrink Film Portfolio consists of nine films available in both stock and custom. All standard products are printable via UV Flexo and UV offset with an ITC coated option available as well. Minimum orders of one roll with select service programs.

These films combine excellent clarity and are ideal for reduced contours on the tops and bottoms of bottles with a shrink rate of up to 78 percent. For instance, our Spec# 78824 high shrink film is designed to reduce “smiling” at either end of the bottle. This MD growth allows for improved costs as you do not have to compensate for the top and bottom shrink.

These low shrink force film constructions are designed for containers with detailed information expected to show inside and outside the contour. These films are suited for thin walled plastic bottles as well as trigger handled bottles. This crystal clear film also allows for MD growth to prevent “smiling” on your container.
