- This Conform Chrome Promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”) is organized by Avery Dennison B.V., a company organized under the laws of the Netherlands and having its office in Lammenschansweg 140, 2321 JX Leiden, the Netherlands and/or its affiliated companies (hereinafter “Avery Dennison”).
- These terms and conditions constitute a legal document that is an agreement between you and Avery Dennison. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All participants to the Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
- This Promotion is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority or the age of capacity to contract in their country of residence as of the start of the Promotion and to residents of European countries only (“Entrant”) (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom). Avery Dennison’s employees, their immediate families or affiliates, Avery Dennison distributors, companies or individuals belonging to the Avery Dennison certified installer or certified trainer network are excluded from participation.

- Only 1 entry per person. The Promotion is open between 19 May 2014 to 31 May 2014 (11.59).
- Entry into the Promotion is made by visiting the Conform Chrome Giveaway Promotion Sign-up page and then entering your details in on the entry form. The Entrant must fill out all required fields in the entry form to be eligible. The first 250 valid entries will receive a free give away package containing 4 samples of the Conform Chrome colour Black, Silver, Gold, Blue (“Giveaway”). The first 250 Entrants (“Eligible Entrants”) will get a set of the four colours. Avery Dennison will bear the shipping costs.
- This Promotion is intended to allow companies owning wide-format digital printing equipment to experience the Avery Dennison digital imaging media. Avery Dennison reserves the right to verify whether the participating company owns wide format digital imaging printing equipment and exclude companies that do not own such equipment from competition.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at Avery Dennison’s discretion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
- No responsibility will be taken by Avery Dennison for entries or claims which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete claim forms will not qualify for the Promotion.
- No cash or other alternative is available in whole or in part; except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Avery Dennison, Avery Dennison reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. Unless agreed with Avery Dennison, the recipient is not permitted to transfer the right to take up the Giveaway to anyone else.
- The names and counties of the recipients will be available within 3 months of the published closing date. No other correspondence will be entered into regarding the Eligible Entrants.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Avery Dennison, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Avery Dennison reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- Sometimes, through reasons outside of Avery Dennison’s control, the website (as with any website) may not be accessible. Avery Dennison cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. Avery Dennison will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
- Avery Dennison assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, or non-receipt of, entries. Avery Dennison is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Avery Dennison or an entrant because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this Promotion.
- Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Avery Dennison reserves the right to seek damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Avery Dennison reserves the right at its sole discretion to verify any Entrant and to disqualify any Entrant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by Avery Dennison to be in violation of the terms and conditions.
- Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Avery Dennison accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries or claims and Avery Dennison is not responsible for any late or misdirected delivery of communications (email or otherwise), except in the event of willful intent on the part of Avery Dennison or its agents.
- If any part of these general terms and conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of these general terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- These general terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
- By entering you agree to the use of your personal data for the sole purpose of the administration of this Promotion.
- Avery Dennison shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfill its contractual obligations although Avery Dennison shall try to minimize the effect of such failures.
- To ensure fairness and the integrity of the Promotion to all participants, any Entrant posting or seen to be posting comments to the Avery Dennison’s Facebook page or elsewhere during the Promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other contestants, the products of Avery Dennison, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Promotion. Avery Dennison reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behavior and you may have your account frozen pending investigation.
