Program Overview: The new SWF installer incentive campaign.
At Avery Dennison, we recognize the quality and dedication of your work. To reward your commitment to our premium automotive graphic films, we are pleased to introduce our SWF installer incentive campaign for eligible professional installer businesses only.
This campaign will last for four months and It is designed to add value to your business operations. By reaching specific volume milestones within the promotional period, you become eligible for exclusive rewards: premium application and decoration tools, helping you maintain your competitive edge in the wrapping market. Milestones are based only on verified eligible volume and are not based on resale prices, margins, exclusivity, or the share of your purchases made from Avery Dennison.
How to Participate:
Register your Roll IDs: Simply enter the unique identification numbers located on your film cores via our dedicated landing page.
Verify your Purchase: Upload a proof of purchase corresponding to the registered material (the delivery ticket where delivery date and list of items are indicated.). Please, It is not allowed to attach any document containing unit pricing, payment terms, customer names, and other unrelated line items before upload. Attachments of this nature will lead to submission disqualification.
Claim your Reward: At the end of the campaign, and after verification, You will be able to choose your rewards that will be dispatched directly to your facility.
Legal Terms
1) Purpose of Data Collection: The collection of invoices or proof-of-purchase documents is conducted solely for the purpose of volume verification to fulfill reward eligibility.
2) Price Neutrality: This initiative is a volume-based reward program and is not intended to influence, monitor, coordinate, or control resale prices, margins, discounts, customer allocations, or other commercial terms. Our partners remain entirely free to set their own commercial terms and pricing, and participation is not conditioned on adherence to any minimum resale price.
3) Commercial Relationship: Avery Dennison and the participant remain independent businesses responsible for its own purchasing, resale, pricing, tax, and compliance decisions.
4) Data Minimization: We respect your commercial confidentiality. You must redact or erase sensitive information such as unit pricing, margins, payment terms, customer names, personal data not needed for verification, or other unrelated line items. Only the Product Name, Roll ID, the Total Square Meters (sqm), purchase date, and participant information must remain visible for verification. Any inadvertently submitted excess information may be deleted, ignored, or returned without review.
5) Document Flexibility: Any formal verification document, including invoices, delivery notes, or official proofs of purchase, is considered valid for participation.
6) Anti-Bribery and Gift Compliance: Rewards are intended only as legitimate B2B promotional incentives. By claiming a reward, each participant confirms that accepting the reward is permitted under its applicable internal gift, ethics, procurement, and anti-corruption policies, and that the reward will be used for legitimate business purposes.
7) Government Officials and Restricted Recipients: Participants must not claim or direct a reward for any government official, employee of a state-owned or state-controlled entity, or other restricted recipient unless Avery Dennison has provided prior written approval. Cash, gift cards, cash equivalents, personal travel, entertainment, and substitutions with personal benefits are not available under this campaign.
8) Eligibility, Verification, and Fraud Controls: Avery Dennison may reject, suspend, or audit any registration, proof of purchase, or reward claim that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicative, altered, fraudulent, inconsistent with these terms, or not supported by eligible SWF material purchases during the campaign period. Avery Dennison may request reasonable additional verification, provided that no participant is required to disclose unit pricing or other competitively sensitive information.
9) Tax and Reporting: Rewards may constitute taxable income to the recipient. Participants are responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations associated with rewards and must provide any tax information reasonably required for Avery Dennison or its fulfillment provider to comply with applicable information-reporting or withholding obligations.
10) Liability and Reward Conditions: Rewards are provided as promotional items and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Avery Dennison disclaims all implied warranties relating to rewards, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Avery Dennison will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the campaign or use of any reward, and any aggregate liability will be limited to the fair market value of the applicable reward.
