Jill Pergande

Jill Pergande is responsible for executing strategies that ensure Avery Dennison has an inspired, engaged workforce, a robust talent pipeline and that the company is actively involved in the communities in which employees live and work. Jill has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Jill served as vice president of human resources at Nuvelo Inc., a US based biopharmaceutical company, and also held various roles at Chiron Corporation, Baxter Healthcare and Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting. Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in personnel management and master’s degree in human resources management from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Jill joined Avery Dennison in 2008 and is based out of Hong Kong.
