What is your favorite thing about your job?

My favorite thing about my job as a technician is working directly with shops and channel partners to educate them about our products. 

What type of skills does it take to make it in the technical field?

Product knowledge is an important skill to have in this field with the willingness to learn. A customer focus is also key, including timely response to inquiries and proactive visits to shops and branches.

What's your favorite place you've traveled to and why?

Quebec City, Quebec for its architecture and cobble roads. The city almost makes you feel like you’re in Europe.

When you're not working, what sort of hobbies do you enjoy?

I enjoy woodworking, home remodeling, watching sports, and spending time with my wife and daughters.
