Avery Dennison® Graphics Solutions announced today that it will enter the DIY/crafter market through a new partnership with Siser® North America. Siser® has been in the consumer craft space for over 40 years and is a global leader in heat-transfer vinyl with expertise in the world of personalization and customization. The new Siser® by Avery Dennison brand will launch with EasyPSV® Starling by Avery Dennison®, a new vinyl film product created exclusively for crafters. EasyPSV® Starling by Avery Dennison will consist of 55 brilliantly colored vinyl films. The Siser® by Avery Dennison brand will also include 17 EasyPSV® Glitters cast craft vinyl colors, which are based on Avery Dennison’s SC950 Ultra Metallic film product line.

The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) today presented its annual Innovation Award to Avery Dennison® at the 2022 World Adhesive & Sealant Conference in Chicago. The award recognizes the adhesive and sealant industry’s top innovation of the year. The award was presented to Avery Dennison for the development entitled: Advanced Acrylics Technology for High Performance Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Applications. One of the first applications for the new technology is HP750 High-Performance Cut Vinyl, a collection of 100 vibrant and bold, medium-gloss cut vinyl films. The film’s Patented Advanced Acrylic Adhesive Technology (PAAAT) is the result and application of this award-winning adhesive innovation.

Avery Dennison today introduced its all-new Dusted Crystal decorative architectural window film. The frosted film, available in a matte and luster finish, offers privacy while providing a translucent light effect for interior environments using glass to signify specially-designated spaces. The film features a remarkable, first-to-market, wet-apply quick-release adhesive that allows the film to be repositioned during installation and removed easily after drying with virtually no residue left on the glass. Moreover, the film’s adhesive doesn’t stick to itself, which eliminates mishaps when removing the film from its liner prior to application.
