Introducing EFI Armor to Protect Avery Dennison Textured Wall Films Sea of Options

Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions is joining EFI™, a global provider of digital printing technology, to introduce the pairing of EFI Armor UVF, a non-yellowing, clear roll coat formula, with MPI 2600 Series textured wall films. The clear coating will provide a protective layer to safeguard printed graphics from any indoor elements, including scratching, weathering and chemicals.

The Avery Dennison film overlaminates are not designed to be used with the textured films, so EFI Armor UVF clear coat formula offers an ideal alternative. The EFI Armor series, which includes  Armor UVR, UVF, WB and UVT, is available with gloss and matte finish options.

The chemical resistance of the EFI Armor UVF clear coat enables textured wall graphics to be cleaned on contact, allowing for de-germing films used in public spaces, such as hotel lobbies or hospital waiting rooms. In addition to their highly protective qualities, when the EFI Armor UVF clear coat is applied to textured MPI 2600 printed films, durability is extended for up to a year longer than without a protective layer.
