Find a Cure Project Raises Awareness from Coast to Coast

Trevor Nishihira started the Find a Cure Project to help raise awareness about breast cancer and provide additional support to individuals and families after losing his grandmother to the disease. Avery Dennison supported the Find a Cure Project and Trevor’s dream to wrap a vehicle in pink and inspiring messages.

The vehicle, wrapped in Avery Dennison Conform Chrome Black with a satin overlaminate, includes several images of the iconic breast cancer pink ribbon with powerful words like fight, brave, tears and journey. Nishihira plans to take the vehicle, which will be wrapped for one year, to events around the country that aim to raise awareness around breast cancer.

“We want the wrap to help raise awareness about breast cancer and prevention,” said Nishihira. “But, more importantly, we want to support women and their families whose lives have been affected by breast cancer. We don’t want anyone to think they have to go through this alone.”

To date, the Find a Cure Project has visited events along the west coast in Oregon and California and Nishihira hopes to bring the campaign to Austin, Texas in the near future. To learn more about the Find a Cure Project, visit https://www.facebook.com/FindACureProject.
